Create a machine from a Purchase receipt when completing to a Invoice

When receiving a machine, it is required to have the actual machine created in Readysell. 

Product file check box.

If you want to create a machine at the time you complete (invoice)a purchase receipt, ensure that the following two check boxes are ticked on the product that represents the machine (model).
Ensure that the product is also flagged as ‘serial number required’ True
Ensure that the product has a manufacturer and model.

Open

1. Create a new receipt or receive a purchase order

2. Enter a product that is flagged as "serial required for purchase" and has a model number in the product file
   
   

3. Select a supplier.

4. Click the serial number tab on the purchase receipt line and click insert , then click on new and create and select the serial Number.
   Save the purchase receipt
   Check all the lines on the Purchase Receipts, units, pricing , totalvalueinc, taxvalue
   Click on Default total
   
   

5. Click on the Complete action button on the receipt and tick the "Gen Machine" check box and enter the date and invoice number, and click ok.
   The Machine window will appear with the machine and the product that has is set to be created to stand for the Machine. Make the appropriate changes to the machine. etc
