Refreshing all your price book data from Office Brands

If you are an Office Brands dealer, your price book data should automatically sync to Office Brands every night. If you have any doubts about your price book data being in sync with OneX, you can refresh all your price book data from scratch to line up with Office Brands. Top do this:

  • Go to Administration, Advanced, Tasks,"Office Brands Product Import"
  • Select the Parameters tab
  • Set the value of the "LastRunProductImport" to blank
  • Click the "Save" button 
  • Click the "Run" button
  • The Office Brands product update will update your whole price book to line up with OneX
