Reprogramming Cino Scanners

Scan factory Defaults which Scanning Unit. Scanning Unit and Cradle should flash green and red.
Scan "Pair Mode". Once scanned, place the Scanning unit in the Cradle. A little Blue light will flash on the scanning unit and the cradle which have a solid red light. After 4 seconds, The cradle light will change from red to Blue. This means that it is connect and is currently in Keyboard wedge mode (USB-HID). This can be tested with another bar-code (Not in the document) in Notepad or Command Prompt and prove that it scans. (Stop here if you use the scanner with Readysell 7)
Once you confirm that the scanner is working in USB mode, Scan the "USB COM Port Emulation" on this document to Convert the scanner from USB-HID to USB COM. Once this is complete, Open up Readysell and test a bar-code in a sales screen. If this doesn't work, Contact Readysell for assistance. (Stop here If the scanner is used in Readysell 8 or Readysell POS)
