Roles Permission Re DashBoard (Intelligence)

Overview 

Setting Permission in respect to Intelligence - Dashboard

To restrict the Dashboard from being viewed by all users/roles follow steps below:

 

  1. Readysell.permissions 

    1. Dashboard:Read(Deny)Navigate(Deny)

  2.  Show me

     

 

  1. Log onto Readysell

  2. Select Each Role Individually

  3. For Each role selected, Click on Permissions'

  4. Click on New

  5. Object Type =  'Dashboard'

  6. Read Access set it to 'Deny'

  7. Navigate Access set it to 'Deny'

  8. Click on Save and Close to accept your changes.

  9. Repeat these steps for each Role.
