Testing customer orders are importing from the Web

This is one of the tests that needs to be done for the WebSphere interface. This should be done once setup is complete.

  1. Get Office Brands to set Readysell up with a Test account on the customer's web site.
  2. Obtain the Username and password for the test account and record it in Recon.

  3. Log onto the customer's website, create a web order, mark it with a reference and a note of Test order only DO NOT PICK AND PACK OR INVOICE. Finalise the order.
  4. Log off the customer's website when you are finished with it.
  5. Watch the order flow through to Readysell back at the site you are testing on.
    • The order should go into Readysell sales as an order and should NOT automatically be printing.
    • The Office Brands Messages window should show the order as being received.
  6. Check the Office Brands Message window in Readysell 8 to confirm a received message.
