Generating shipments for fulfilled back orders using a shipment run

Overview

Readysell allows you to create sale shipments for sales orders.
The shipments that are created have a status of IN PROGRESS

Step 1 
Reviewing Sales Orders

1. Log into readysell
2. Select Sales Orders
3. Review the sales orders first to see if any shipments need to be created manually via this batch process
4. Drop the filter at the Ribbon and Select the appropriate filter or create your own filter
   In my eg, I have created the following filter from within the list view
   I only want to see sales orders where there are no shipments at all, supply type on the order lines = allocated, and status does not equal Cancelled
   You can create your own filter
   
   
5. Review the result so you can then know what sales order you which to extract a shipment for

Step 2 
Running the Sale Shipment Run for Sales Orders

1. Log onto Readysell>Sale Shipment Runs
2. Note:  You will need to have reviewed the sales orders first of all.
3. Click on New
4. The date of the shipment run will be as of the date you created and posted it
5. Enter a Description to best describe this run
6. Click on Extract Orders

7. Select Sales Orders

1. Select a Sale Shipment Run Set (if you don't have one created, then create one)
2. Insert a cut-off date.
3. Create a Service Order Filter if need be
4. Insert a Minimum Percent Allocated..  I have inserted 80
5. Create a filter to suit your requirements or no filter at all
6. In my eg, I only want to create shipments for sales orders with a date less than 30/9/2022 and a minimum percent allocated of up to and greater than 80% 
7. Click on OK
