Tips on final stocktakes

Drag date created and product site.last shipped fields onto the stocktake lines screen on the final stocktake.

Then eyeball check the dates. If none of the products were created recently or sold recently. The final stocktake is good to post
Get this done fairly soon after the stocktake. It gets harder if you leave it for more than a week. But do your checks first to reduce the change of clearing stock that should be retained
Final stocktakes actually work from Productsite and Location. If a product is counted in one location and not in another location it will be in the final stocktake.
