Tips on final stocktakes

• Drag date created and product site.last shipped fields onto the stocktake lines screen on the final stocktake.

• Then eyeball check the dates.  If none of the products were created recently or sold recently.  The final stocktake is good to post
• Get this done fairly soon after the stocktake.  It gets harder if you leave it for more than a week.  But do your checks first to reduce the change of clearing stock that should be retained
• Final stocktakes actually work from Productsite and Location.  If a product is counted in one location and not in another location it will be in the final stocktake.
