Creating a price book run

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Inventory then Price Book Run.
  2. Click 'New'. The Price Book Run detail view displays.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for your price book run.
  4. Click Extract from the top panel to begin extracting data. The Extract Price Book Run window opens.

     Show me

  5. In the Price Book Run Set field, select the price book run set you want to use. If you need to create a new run set, click New. See Creating a price book run set for more information.
  6. In the Settings tab, verify the fields you want to update. For more information on these fields,see Price Book Run settings.
  7. In the Product Filters section, select the supplier for whom you are importing data.
  8. Optionally: in the Price Level Mapping tab, select the price levels you want to update. For more information on mapping and updating price levels, see Updating price levels.
  9. In the Match On tab, verify that the data will be matched correctly. For more information on matching fields, see Matching data to remove duplicated products.
  10. When you have finished, click Post. Readysell will extract the data from the price book.

Product categories for all ezcodes to match the Office Brands data

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Inventory then Price Book Run.
  2. Click 'New'. The Price Book Run detail view displays.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for your price book run.
  4. Click Extract from the top panel to begin extracting data. The Extract Price Book Run window opens.

  5. In the Settings tab, no options should be checked (leave as above image)
  6. Do not select any price levels  to update. 
  7. In the Match On tab, verify that the data will be matched correctly as per image.

  8. When you have finished please review data, then click Post. Readysell will extract the data from the price book.
