Readysell Tips and Tricks Office Brands Integration


Overview

The Tips and ticks material for Office Brands Integration provides you with some quick and easy ways to get more out of your Readysell system.  This is not intended to be a substitute for proper training and best practice generally.  But if you are short of time, implementing even one of those tips and tricks in your business could save you time and money.

 Did you know?
    

    • You can CHOOSE whether to automatically allocate stock to web orders or not? Click here
    • You can CHOOSE to use Web address or Readysell address when importing Web Orders. Click here
    • You can CHOOSE to HOLD a Web Order if there is a mis-match between postcodes. Click here
    • You can CHOOSE to ignore the associated giveaway products from the web order, if Readysell is already doing the association.  Find the 3 above settings in System Types | Web. Click here
    • If you have a code: SPECIAL on your web order, you can just select it, hit the Substitute button & create product from price book to have the sku automatically created, and applied to the order?  See substitute button on the user guide page for entering sale orders.  Click here

    • You can create users on WebX directly from Readysell? Click here
    • You can instantly upload an extracted / generated favorites list to a users Web access on webX?  Click here

    • You can setup basic web order approvals directly from Readysell. Click here
    • You can upload blurb, bulk pricing, pack ref code and keywords (synonyms) on your ‘Display on Web’ product uploads for store products - as well as image, description, unit, code, list and govt. Click here
    • Can you manage these store products?  To do this properly, you need to know about filters, view variants and appearance rules.  For example, do you know how to add the column / filter and view Display On Web products only?  Click here
    • For an existing client, with a web customer name in Readysell, you can change them from LIST to GOVT by just selecting the Price Level from Customer Settings. Click here
    • Your customers can recall invoice copies / check balances from the web?  They just need to login, select My Account, Invoices, and a table will appear.  They can obtain / recall PDF copies that will generate direct from your database.
