Product images are not displaying
There are two main reasons for this :
- The Images Folder in Tools>Images Folder does not have all of the product image files. To correct this a complete download of all product image files is required
- The Image File Name in Product>General tab is not set to a image file name e.g., blank. To resolve this contact Readysell Support to run the required script to update the image file name
Schedule a complete download of all product image files
This option should only be considered for non-Readysell 7 stores e.g., Clear or Attache.
For Readysell 7 conversion stores the procedure is :
- Images need to be moved from the Readysell 7 images folder (usually D:\READYSELL\RSELLO\WEB\Pictures) to the Readysell 8 ProductImages folder.
- For stores where images already exist from Readysell 7, the LastRunDownloadProductImages value should be set to the date of the conversion (so that we do not have to re-download all the images from scratch)
- From the Navigational panel, click on Administration>Advanced>Tasks
- Select Office Brands End of Day Sync
- Click on the Parameters tab
- Select the LastRunDownloadProductImages parameter
Blank out the value
- Click on Save
The task is scheduled to run overnight
Do not run this task during business hours due to the heavy load on internet traffic.
