You can set as many Sale Run Sets and use it as a template before running a Sale Run.
   

1. Administration>Sale Run Sets

   The Sale Run Sets browse window appears

2. Click on button Newon New to create a new Run Set Template
   

3. The Sale Run Set entry window appears

4. Key in the Name of  to be describe the Sale Run Set Template eg January Charges or Monthly Back up Charges or Monthly Licence Fee Charges or Monthly Labour Charges etc
   This can be used for things like template should be set up prior to running a sales run.
   It allows you to breakup charges by applying a criteria/filter to the template.
   Multiple sales run sets can be set to stand for such things as recurring charges for a monthly/weekly/fortnightly etc, billing cycle with a $ value to generate mass invoices for customers based on the data set into the query
   
   
   

5. On the Tab in the detail area called 'customer filter - visual' Click on the + next to the word And to start creating a query.

   I am creating a run set for Monthly Labour Charges for the two customers only
   I will use this run set when creating a Sale Run and then add further rules to the Sales Run

   1. Click on DISPLAY NAME - a drop down list appears for you to choose the data this query is based on. I have select CARDID
   2. Click on Begins With BEGINS WITH - a drop down list also appears for you to choose a field relevant to the query you are trying to create. I have chosen IS ANY OF
   3. Click on Enter A Value - key in a value relevant to the query you are trying to create
      
   Click
   1. If you wish to add more criterias then click on the + and continue with your selection
6. Once you are happy with the filter click on Save and Close to save this for future selection.

   Repeat the above steps for each criteria required.
   You can now use this run set template when running a Sale Run
