This actionable metric indicates how old the oldest outstanding purchase order is (in days). You shouldn't have any old outstanding purchase orders. These maybe highlight in Red. Go to the purchase orders and review
Go to the Outstanding Purchase Orders (All Sites)" filter and review all outstanding purchase order and if the status is still 'In progress' consider cancelling the order if it is too old.

Colour | Definition |
|---|---|
| Green | The oldest outstanding purchase order age is less than or equal to the target |
| Yellow | The oldest outstanding purchase order age is less than or equal to double of the target |
| Red | The oldest outstanding purchase order age is greater than double of the target |
