When you load a catalogue into Readysell, any loyalty point information from that catalogue will also be loaded into your product file. However, you can also set loyalty points manually. See Changing loyalty points gained and redeemed on a product for more information.
- In the navigation panel, go to Inventory then In the Navigation panel, open Inventory then open Products.
Search for and select the product for which you want to view loyalty information. The product displays in the Detail panedetail panel.
Expand title Show me Click the on tab Settings tab.
Expand title Show me - Review the information as follows:
- Loyalty Points Gained is the number of points gained with every purchase of this product.
- Loyalty Points To Redeem is the number of points needed required to redeem one of these productsthis product.
