| Type | This is the transaction type for this standing journal |
| Number | This field contains a unique transaction number that identifies the standing journal |
| Manual Value | This is the manual value for the standing value |
| Status | The master standing journal will always have a Status of Open. Recurrence journals are linked back to this master standing journal |
| Description | This field contains a description of the standing journal |
| Comp Debit Value | The computed debit Value |
| Comp Credit Value | The computed credit value |

| Day of Week | If 'Every week' is ticked insert a day of the week that you would like the standing journal created and dated. This is generated by the task |
