To fix this all you will need to do is copy the files from the server to the the local Readysell folder on the workstation.
- Opening Readysell.Win folder from the server on the local PC. Click Start and \\ServersName\Readysell.Win Open the local Readysell Folder by Right
- If you don't know the server address
- Right click on the readysell shortcut and select 'open file location'
- find the file of database.confirm and open it
- Details will open within the notepad
Get the server IP address , highlight it eg below and leave notepad open - still in the search, paste the IP address with \\ preceeding to find the readysell.win on the server.
Select it - Now leave that server session open with the readysell.win open with all the files
- Go back to the local readysell folder on the PC where you are unable to log into readysell by Right-clicking the Readysell Icon and clicking Properties, and Navigate to the path that is in Target.Copy all files click on Open file location
- select 'open file location'
- You have open the server readysell.win and the local readysell.win
- Copy all of the files except for the folders of X64 and X86 and the file database.config from \\ServersName\Readysell.Win to the local PC's readyse\.win folder
- Override the existing files when prompted
- Navigate back to the server, open the folder and then open Readysell and it should be fine. of X64 and copy all contents within this folder and paste into the local PC readysell.win directory
- Now log into readysell
