Sales Shipment Filter is a Readysell feature designed to enhance and optimise user's workflow by selecting one from a list of built-in filters.          

  1. From the Navigation pane double click on Sales then click on Shipments
  2. Locate the Filter button on the ribbon lineSelect , select the required filter from the drop-down list


  3. Sales orders list view changes to display only orders that meet the filter criteria

Filter CriteriaPop-up Explanation
All Sale Shipments Show all sale shipments
Sale Shipments Last Year Show all sale shipments from last year
Sale Shipments Last Period Show all sale shipments from last period
Outstanding Sale Shipments Show all sale shipments that are outstanding
Posting or Failed 
Sale Shipments This Year Show all sale shipments from this year
Sale Shipments This Period Show all sale shipments from this period
Undelivered Sale Shipments Show all sale shipments that are undelivered
Uninvoiced Sale Shipments Show all sale shipments that are uninvoiced

  • Outstanding (Orders and Quotes) All Sale Shipments is the default filter setting when user first access the Sales Orders Shipments module.
  • The last filter setting selected will be saved and defaulted when user next access the module.
  • Mouse-over the Filter button to view the filter pop-up explanation.
