1. The Images Folder in Tools>Images Folder does not have all of the product image files. To correct this a complete download of all product image files is required
2. The Image File Name in Product>General tab is not set to a image file name e.g., blank. To correct resolve this contact Readysell Support to run the required script to update the image file name

Schedule a complete download of all product image files

1. From the Navigational panel, click on Administration>Advanced>Tasks 
2. Select Office Brands End of Day Sync 
3. Click on the Parameters tab
4. Select the LastRunDownloadProductImages parameter

5. Blank out the value

   Expand
   title Show me

6. Click on Save 

7. The task is scheduled to run overnight

   Do not run this task during business hours due to the heavy load on internet traffic.
