From the navigation panel click on Administration then click on Email Batch Defaults
Select the email batch default you would like to customise (for example, "Statements")
In the "Template" area, put your mouse cursor in the place where you would like the image to appear.
- Click the icon
- Click Browse...
- Find the image you'd like to insert on your PC, then click Open
- Click OK
- Click on the image in the editor
- Click the icon
- Paste in the URL you would like to link to
- Click OK
- Click Save
How to insert a hyperlink to an image manually via html tab
After the image as been applied to the email template, click on the HTML tab at the bottom of the detail screen and find the section relating to the image use want to apply the hyperlink to. Once the image has been found, apply the following between "<p>" and "<IMG Style":
<A href="(Insert website URL here)">
Once this has been applied, save the changes and test the newly update template. An example of change is provided below.
E.g. <P><A href="Website"><IMG style="HEIGHT: 278px; WIDTH: 929px" border=0 hspace=0 alt="" src="[image]" width=1199 align=baseline height=300>
If completed corrected the images should open the hyperlink.
