You are receiving orders via email but the orders are not dropping into Readysell
Orders NOT being received by RObI: Check if the orders are being sent from Office Brands
- Go to Monitor Pro at http://monitorpro.officebrands.com.au/
- Enter your username and password (ask Adam if you do not have monitorpro credential)
- Click NC_PurchaseOrder at the top of the screen
- Filter for the current store
- If you are able to find the order in Monitor Pro, check whether there is an error against it. If so, check with Adam as to the origin of the error.
- If you are not able to find the order in Monitor Pro, contact Office Brands Technical Support.
