  1. From Navigation panel, click on Financial then click on General Ledgers and then click on Journals
  2. 'Click on 'New' 
  3. Enter the Date of the Journal 
  4. Enter the 'Manual Value' of the transaction
  5. Click on 'Auto Reversing'

  6. Enter a Description in the 'Description' field

  7. Commence selecting the general ledger account
     
    1. You can enter a different description or leave the default description
    2. Enter the value being either a debit or credit
  8. Continue entering all the general ledger accounts and values
  9. The Computed Debit Value must equal the computed Credit Value and this must equal the Manual Value.

  10. If so click on one of the follow to complete the journal.

    1. 'Save' will save the transaction and leave it outstanding
    2. 'Save and Close' will save the transaction and close out and leave it outstanding
    3. 'Save and Finalise' will save and create the journal and also create the reversal journal dating it the first day of the next month.
    4. 'Finalise and New' will finalise and create the journal and also create the reversal journal dating it the first day of the next month and leave in the window to continue with next journal entry.
