Extracting sale shipments into deliveries
To extract sale shipments into a delivery:
From the Navigation panel, open up Sales, click on Deliveries
Click on button New
Click the Extract Delivery button to show the Extract Delivery window
Select a Sale Shipment Set if one that suits your requirements already exists
If there is no appropriate sale shipment set, click the drop-down on the sale shipment set field and click New. Then enter the criteria by clicking "+" next to the red "And" on the screen. You may for example select for sale shipments where the carrier is a particular carrier code
After you have extracted your delivery you can delete lines as required then use the Show in Report button to print the

Generating a delivery manifest
A Delivery is a Delivery Manifest for delivery drivers within your company.
In the navigation panel, click on Sales then click Deliveries
Click Extract Delivery from the top panel
When the items lines come up you can Delete the lines you don't want to be on the Delivery Manifest
To see the sale shipment of the delivery item, click on the button Related and it will take you to the Sale Shipment of that particular item for delivery
Click Tag as Delivered from the top panel.
Click Post Delivery from the top panel.
Then click on Show in Report from the top panel.
When the Pop up box appears with the Delivery Manifest you can 'Email it' or 'Print it'
Scanning invoices to change delivery order in a delivery manifest
From the Navigation panel, click on Sales then click on Deliveries
Click on button New
Grab all the delivery dockets or invoices or shipments/picking slips for this delivery and start scanning the barcodes on them
Scan them in at the order you want them delivered
Click on button Save
Click on the button Tag As Delivered. If you tag the items as delivered, you cannot go back and unflag them if the delivery did not get delivered for whatever reason there may be. However, you can actually delete those delivery lines off that were not delivered on that delivery run.
Click on the button Show in Report, Select Delivery Manifest, and click on the button Print - this report is used by the driver to get the customers to sign off on each of the deliveries they have received
Click on the button Show in Report, Select Delivery Run List (From Delivery), and click on the button Print - this report is used by the driver to record what time they started their run, what time they finished their run, and how many deliveries they have done.
Once the driver has come back, they can select the lines on their delivery run that they did not deliver and click on the button Delete (just above the delivery lines - not the one on the header ribbon), click on the button Save and then click on button Post Delivery.
