This is essentially a normal import but with slightly different settingsIf your Head Office provides you with competitor pricing details, you can follow this procedure to import them into Readysell.

  1. First receive Receive your Spreadsheet from Head Office.
  2. In the navigation panelNavigation Panel, go Go to Import/Export then find the Competitors Pricing Definition that Readysell has Set Up For You.
  3. Click on the definition to open it.

  4. Setting up the fields to import, apparently. You shouldn't need to Hold Down The Ctrl Key and Left Click Once to Delete Rows because this should All be Set Up For You Alreadyshould not Need to Remove any Fields.
  5. Make sure that the 'OB EzCode' column is 'Key'.
  6. When you have finished, click Save if you want to save your changes for future imports.
  7. Import the data.
  8. Go to the Extract Price Book Run window.
  9. Select the price book runCorrect Price Book Run. This will be called something like Competitors Competitor Data.
  10. Ensure the Settings tab  Tab has no Data in it.
  11. On the Price Level Mapping tab Tab, Ensure that the Price Levels are Appropriately Mapped.

  12. On the Match On tab, Ensure that you are matching Matching EZ Code to Product ID.
  13. When you have Finished, click OK. Readysell will Extract Data from the Price Book.
  14. Review the Data to Ensure it is Correct, then Click Post to Post it to the Product File.
