  1. In the navigation panel, double-click Relationships, then click Cases.
  2. The blank row at the top of the case list is called the 'Auto Filter Row'. This is where you can search for an existing case in any one of the columns available. Click in the blank row and begin typing your text in the name or card to view all cases that begin with that text you have entered. 

  3. Once you have found the existing case, select over it. If the case is a new case the steps below can also be taken.

  4. Click on the Activities tab
  5. Click on New 
  6. Select on drop down and enter in communication method 
  7. In notes enter notes of the communication method (e.g.: copy/ paste email)

  8. Click on Save (a pop up box may appear requesting mandatory fields)
