Price Book Runs

They will update all product data collected from Office Brands to corresponding products in your product file based on the flags you choose on which pieces of data to update.

...

Price books runs are a temporary way of updating your data (please see the What should I do section for further information on this)

Catalogue Loads

Are run through the Catalogues module in Inventory

...

They do not update any Extended Range products at all.

Flyer Loads

They do not update existing product data inside the products themselves , but loads the flyer pricing into your contract prices module

...

They do add in any new products if any of the products in the flyer do not currently exist within your product file.

Product Import Rules / Product Import Task

Instead of manually loading up catalogues/flyers or manually running price book runs, Readysell can bring in data from a 3rd party source (usually a head office for your store) and the product import task brings it in based on product import rules set up.

To check if you are already using product import rules/task, go to Product Import Rules, make sure that the flyer loads are set to auto and enabled and that the price book file and product file are being updated as well.  The task that runs the updates is the Product Import task in the Tasks module in Readysell, check that it is Enabled and that it has been running with no errors.

What should I do?

Price Book run is a temporary measure to run once or twice to get your data right to begin with.

...

Flyers should still be manually run by the store so they can pick and choose which flyers to load and when to load them.
