The support centre will show you all of the tickets raised by people at your organisation. You can click on a column heading to sort the list by that column, or click on a ticket's name to open it.

By default, the support centre hides tickets that have been resolved. You can view resolved tickets by clicking View Resolved Tickets at the top of the list. The number in brackets shows how many tickets have been resolved. |
