Viewing a list of tickets
There are two ways to view a list of tickets:
- Click on My Tickets in the menu bar.
(or) - Click on the My Tickets button on the main screen.
The support centre will show you all of the tickets raised by people at your organisation. You can click on a column heading to sort the list by that column.Click , or click on a ticket's name to open it.
Searching for a specific ticket
The search field on the main page lets you search for tickets that have already been raised. If you know the name or number of a specific ticket, you can enter it in this field to find that ticket.
