  1. Go to Monitor Pro at http://monitorpro.officebrands.com.au/

  2. Enter your username and password (ask Adam if you do not have monitorpro credential) 
  3. Click NC_PurchaseOrder at the top of the screen
  4. Filter for the current store
  5. If you are able to find the order in Monitor Pro, check whether there is an error against it. If so, check with Adam as to the origin of the error.
  6. If you are not able to find the order in Monitor Pro, contact Office Brands Technical Support.

Email Templates

Note

Use one of the email templates below if you need to report to Office Brands or Readysell about an order that did not process properly. The support teams are more effective if they receive all the information they need. Using those email formats will increase the chance that your enquiry is processed as quickly as practical.
